Voice Process Executive - Offline

As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. This is a hybrid role, offering a flexible work arrangement that combines office and remote work. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
